LUNAR

SEPUTEH

Serenity in the city.

The Concept

An inspired concept
of harmony.

Lunar takes its name from Tsuki, the Japanese word for moon: a quiet, constant presence above a restless city. The residence follows a Japanese philosophy of harmony, built on simplicity, clarity and thoughtful space planning.

Your experience begins with arrival. From the entrance to the lobby, every space eases you from the movement of the city into the comfort of home, through clean lines, warm materials and a first impression that feels calm and reassuring.

The influence is subtle, never literal.

The Principles of Lunar

Four ideas, quietly kept.

Moon Palace

Designed for your peaceful arrival, the entrance grounds you immediately, slowing your steps and setting the tone for what lies ahead.

Simplicity

Be embraced by a comfort that captivates, and a quiet luxury that is felt in every detail rather than announced.

Naturalness

Wander through zen gardens where community and nature intertwine. Smile at familiar faces, and let your pets enjoy the freedom of open paths.

Timelessness

These rooms are an extension of you, yours to fill with ideas, memories, rituals and warmth from those you love.

The OKR-NPE Link Bridge

A 1 km dedicated link built by MRCB at a cost of approximately RM115 million and opened in 2018. It shortened the drive between Bangsar and Old Klang Road from 5.5 km to 2 km, and it begins at your gate.

Promenade Boulevard

A one-kilometre linear riverside park running through Lunar, TRIA and VIVO, with a jogging track, bicycle track, playground and outdoor fitness. Roughly 5,000 sqm of it sits directly beside Lunar, reached through a single secured access point.
