It is the final phase of a masterplan that already exists. VIVO and TRIA are built, the OKR-NPE Link Bridge has been open since 2018, and the riverside Promenade Boulevard is already there. You are buying into a finished neighbourhood rather than a promise on a sales chart.

Orientation decides everything here. North-east faces the KLCC skyline, north looks toward Mid Valley City, and the south-west opens onto the river and the Promenade Boulevard park. Type C1 gives you 1,280 sq ft with a separate, lockable suite behind its own entrance. It comes with 3 car parks, and only 76 of the 483 homes are this type.
